He noted the need for a deep study of the ancient and rich history of Uzbekistan, intensification of scientific-research work in this direction.
– We must pay special attention to bringing to the younger generation the invaluable heritage of our great scientists, poets and writers, thinkers and theologians, the feats of brave military leaders, strengthening our children’s patriotism and national pride. To this end, it is necessary to organize History of Uzbekistan TV channel at the National TV and Radio Company with involvement of scientific community and creative intelligentsia in preparation of programs, – said the Head of the state.
The Cabinet of Ministers, the Academy of Sciences and other organizations have been given relevant instructions.
