The parties discussed issues of optimization of transport routes for the mutual delivery of goods along international transport corridors. The need was noted for making maximum use of the possibilities of existing logistics routes, as well as alternative routes, including through the express delivery services of international postal structures.
ASYAD representatives informed about their readiness to assist in the delivery of Uzbekistan products to the markets of Oman. The company is also considering the issue of establishing its regional representative office in Uzbekistan.
The Embassy also organized a videoconference with participation of the heads of Oman’s companies Arkan Majan al Mumayaza Trading & Contracting LLC, Al Hamdani Group and the khokimiyat of Chartak district of Uzbekistan’s Namangan region to consider the issue of intensifying the work on the implementation of an investment project for creating a sanatorium and hotel complex in this region.
