The delegation visits Uzbekistan to discuss current state and prospects of military cooperation between the defense ministries of the two countries.
According to the Press Service of the Ministry of Defense, at the meeting the sides exchanged views on resolving the situation in Afghanistan, combating international terrorism and stable peacekeeping in the region.

After the meeting with the head of the defense department of Uzbekistan, the U.S. delegation visited the Armed Forces Academy.
The guests became familiar with the thematic class on the U.S. Army and highly appreciated conditions created for cadets.
